From the receipt of an executed Texas Residential One-to-Four contract we're focused on paperwork management and Broker compliance

✅ Analyzing the executed contract for accuracy and notifying the client-agent of any discrepancies

✅ Preparing amendments, addenda, notices, and collecting signatures as needed

✅ Managing broker compliance platforms such as Dotloop, Skyslope, ZipForms, BackAgent, ReZen, etc.

✅ Ensuring timely receipt of all necessary documents (e.g., surveys, T-47, resale certificates, title commitment, inspection reports, invoices, termination forms, release of
earnest money, etc.)

✅ Drafting amendments for price changes, extensions, etc., routing for signatures, and distributing to all parties as needed

✅ Providing the title company with agent wiring instructions to ensure the agent is paid at closing
